Included in the Fees? |
| The
delegate registration fee includes all
educational/networking sessions and most
meals. The only exceptions are the Wednesday
optional sessions and Friday Ballgame Event. |

a Scholarship? |
| Scholarships
are available for supervisory committee members who
would otherwise be unable to attend this conference
due to financial constraints. The scholarship
includes a complimentary registration and
three-nights hotel stay at the Denver Marriott City

Policy |
| Cancellations
received by May 17, 2008 will be eligible for a full
refund. From May 17 - May 30, a $100
administrative fee will be charged. After May
30, no refunds will be made, but substitutions are
encouraged.
